The oil terminal is strategically located at the intersection of the Tri-Seas maritime routes between the Adriatic, Baltic, and Black Seas and serves as an important railway hub with both European and Ukrainian tracks (1520 mm and 1435 mm). Another advantage is its proximity to the E37 international highway.

These three factors make the oil terminal accessible for all logistics processes and types of transport. Its location near the industrial park and Kovel Porto’s container and grain terminals allows for integration across various industries related to oil processing and utilization.

The terminal’s infrastructure includes a network of roads and a complete set of engineering communications, from electricity and gas supply to water supply and drainage.
